Personalize a Gift Card

Gift cards are sometimes the best gifts for people, but can feel so impersonal. My husband's family draws names for a gift exchange each Christmas. I decided to go with gift cards for our two family members. Even though I had put thought into each place they'd receive a gift card to, it just didn't seam like it. I decided to make the card it was given in more personal and like it was meant just for them. Here's what I came up with...

A quick photoshop job of my husband's parents as latin dancers to go with their Cafe Rio gift card. Cafe Rio is a huge favorite of theirs.

We decided to give my sister-in-law a gift card to print her blog. The front of her card was a screen shot of her blog with our Christmas card and gift as her most recent post.

My brother-in-law enjoys photography as one of his many hobbies. I thought this might be a fun way to dress up a gift card to a camera store. The gift card was placed on the card where the screen on the back of the camera would be.
